Hmm, received the water bill again, totalling the same amount as last time ie AU$186.15 for the period 2 Feb 2007 - 9 May 2007 (3 months). Actual water usage is very little ie AU$36.65 but *sigh* the compulsory charges are the killer (I have marked them in red dots). So like I mentioned before, even if you don't use a single drop of water, you will still be billed the compulsory charges. For those who are curious, please click onto image to view. On top of that, as usual, the City Council bill of AU$276 for the 4th quarter is due end of this month, aiyaya, the joys of being a home owner.
